Is airport pickup included?

Complimentary on all tours of 5 days or more. Otherwise it's a $25 add-on with a private vehicle and English-speaking driver.
What's your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 30 days before departure. 50% refund up to 14 days. After that, deposits are non-refundable but transferable.
Do you handle TIMS, permits and insurance?

Yes — all trekking permits (TIMS, ACAP, Sagarmatha) are arranged for you. We also recommend trusted travel insurance partners.
